The obstacles which Joy & Hope Wheat face in its development are as follows:
First, human resources. We lack people with conceptual and thinking talents. In most farming villages, most of the people are talents of practical operating, so there are few people with business experience or thinking skills.
The second problem is financial and product management. Usually the crops were bought in cash, so with a production of 200 tons of soybeans at 60 NTD per Kilogram, we would have to pay 12 million NTD in cash to purchase it. Therefore, management of cash flow is a crucial element. |
