With a freshness one can see and smell. Suitable for making of white toast bread, French bread, buns and Chinese pastry. It is the best choice for those who like to bake.

Instruction:
Can be roasted into flour tea or mixed with hot cereal. Water can be added to form a very wet dough and cooked in boiling water to make dough lumps. Stir fried vegetables may be mixed with flour and grilled into vegetable pancakes. When added into buns and bread, a ratio of 15-25% is suggested. May increase amount in accordance with experience.
