Questionnaire editing process
     Our questionnaire focused on understanding the idea and service condition of the volunteers in CCNDA. The questions matched up the subject and spirit of our research. After few editing, discussion, and guidance from the teachers, the questions were designed according to the subjects of service training condition, participating motivation and experience, CCNDA’s service condition, and needed cares.
