Origin
What is the difference between the tutoring in CCNDA and other associations? How do the front-end teachers face the children coming from different families? Let us listen to the interview of elementary school front-end tutoring Teacher Wen-li Lien.
Interview
1.How long have you worked for CCNDA? Where did you work before? Why did you come to CCNDA?
I have worked for CCNDA for 8, 9 years. Before this, I worked for a construction company. Since I like children, so I came to CCNDA. My current major job is to coach children to do their homework, and play with them. Accompanying them is the most important part of this job.
2.What is the requirement for being a tutoring teacher?
Be patient and have a loving heart.

3.Was there any emergency happening during the tutoring procedure before? Can you share with us, and give us examples?
Yes. We serve the children from relatively special families such as weak financial situation or single parent, so their family background misses some parts. They may be short of father’s love or mother’s love, so their life is tougher. They are easier to be attracted by some attractive associations, and do not come to CCNDA.
4.When a student is emotional, and refuses to do the homework, how do you deal with it?
I will deal with it before I understand the situation. I will first deal with the emotional problem, calm them down, and then help them with their homework.
5.What is the biggest help you think you provide to the children? Is there anything else you can put in more efforts?
I provide the children stable accompanying, since many children are short of stable accompanying so they cannot grow up well. I feel I still have lots of thing to do, so I still have a huge room to improve.
6.What the difference of the tutoring in CCNDA comparing to the one at school?
School is a school, but here is like a home. They are free to stay here, and other children are like brothers and sisters.
7.We are children too, so what do you suggest us to help other CCNDA children?
In fact, peer accompanying is very important too. Accompany and support them to achieve their goals. Playing together is the easiest way to accompany them, and to build the interaction.

Conclusion
We often do not pay attention while doing our homework. We run around the house, and touch something here and there. With our parents’ accompanying, we can reduce this impulse and bad concentration. Also, we can feel the care from our parents. This is the “accompanying” Mr. Chang and Teacher Lien talked about.
