About CCNDA>History

CCNDA was formally established on January 5, 2003, and was formed as a site of disadvantaged family services at the site of Huilin Holistic Department Center (HHDC) in 2005. The “after-school study class” was started to assist the children of disadvantaged families in the community, and provide them with care and help. The Care Department of CCNDA was formed thereafter.
