Tea Dessert House Spirit

　　 Tea Dessert House (TDH) is devoted to promoting tea culture and introduces many tea desserts and cakes.  Because Gao Xian- hong, the founder of TDH, yearned for Maokong Tiehguanyin tea which accompanied him to grow up, he decided to found a tea dessert house in Muzha, called TDH.

　ITOPI 

　　 Mr. Gao has a strong affection toward his family and Muzha.  Therefore, he took the house of green terrace as the image.  Gao sticks to his faith in making local tea desserts and research tea-related food.  He tries to taste and understand the Taiwanese tea.

Tea Dessert House ( Founding Store)
 　　Iron jade cake and Iron wang cake are the most popular products in the store. Iron wang cake has been selected into the group of pineapple cake in 2010 Pineapple Cake Cultural Festival. The crispy crust of Iron jade cake is added some Muzha selected Tiehguanyin tea and walnuts and the filling comes with local pineapple pieces and dried cranberry. The Iron jade cake offers you enjoyable taste.

　　Teas, like Oriental Beauty, Paochung tea, and Four Seasons Tea, are used to make all kinds of desserts including over 50 tea desserts and cakes, over 10 flavors of tea ice cream.  You can understand Taiwanese tea’s flavor after tasting it.
