Roasting the tea |
Roasting
The
refined tea is slowly roasted in hot air to release tea flavor.
The purpose of roasting is to remove teas’ original scent,
improve the quality of tea, bring out teas’ unique taste and
aroma, reduce the moisture in leaves, and prevent quality
deterioration during storage.
