　　Fired tea leaves are shaped curly in tea rolling machine.  During the rolling process, tea leaves will be press some juice out and some juice may attach on the surface of the leaves.  When brewing tea, it makes the juice of tea leaves easier to dissolve in water and enhances tea flavor.  Different tea has different types of rolling.  Moreover, rolling involves shaping and makes tea leaf into needle shape.
