Healthy efficacy of tea |
Some elements will affect the quality of tea such as carbohydrate,
caffeine, amino acid, and polyphenols. Tea can quench your thirst,
refresh your mind, rinse off the bacteria from your mouth and remedy
your bad breath. Other scientific researches show that it also can
lose fat, prevent cancers, diabetes, and dental caries, decrease
blood pressure, inhibit the formation of triacylglyceride, and speed
up the energy consumption.
