The Visit to Wedding Cake Factory
Kun-Han: Sister Chocolate took us to the Wedding Cake Factory on the second floor. Through the glass window, we saw the workers were busy in working. They wore tidy uniform, gloves, masks and helmets. I think it is a basic requirement for making clean, healthy and delicious cakes. In addition, we saw different machines and saw the cakes running out from a long conveyor belt. Surrounded by the smell of cakes, I could not help slobbering. The sanitation condition of the factory is very good, and the machines do not give too much noise. A lot of paper boxes are piled on the passage. Maybe it is because the factory needs to deliver a lot of goods quickly as the New Year is coming. Then we come to the Chinese Cake Production Area on the third floor. The big, round cakes seem to be delicious and I wish I could eat a lot of them. Sister Chocolate introduced the production flow of wedding cake to us kindly. In the Chinese Wedding Custom Area on the third floor, she explained the ancient wedding custom and asked the visitors to try throwing Siou-Ciou (a ball made of strips of silk and used by Chinese women in the ancient times to choose husband publicly). It is really interesting.
