During the interview, the director of the counseling office, who is responsible for recruiting counseling volunteers, expressed her thanks for the counseling volunteers’ great assistance in the past five years in every regular programs including life education, EQ management, flying youth, small-group counseling as well as other activities. As long as the school needs, counseling volunteers always stand out to help. The leaders go to the site to assign work to the volunteers so that the activities can be carried out smoothly. They are important helpers for the school. |

| Another helper who has been silently planning for the counseling volunteers to hold classes and take the growth courses is Ms. Mei-show Yen, Head of Counseling. The project theme is closely related with her work. She gave us directions and suggestions, so we can have a more comprehensive understanding about counseling volunteers. In the interview, we learned that the school arranged for senior volunteers to assist the new volunteers to avoid the occasion of being helpless. The assistance is the so-called growth courses. We believe that these courses are the experience and inheritance. At the same time, the courses can make all the counseling volunteers coming closer to be together as a unity. | ||||
