Chang Xing Sweet Ice Tangyuan has been recommended by the public and became the landmark of Douliu delicacies. Health, deliciousness and parity are the persistant spirit of Chang Xing Sweet Ice Tangyuan.

Chang Xing Sweet Ice Tangyuan is the best choice for local Douliu people. This shop has been here in Douliu for almost seventy years through three generations. Tangyaun (dumplings made of glutinous rice flour) and jelly strip with chewy and smooth taste are the most commonly tasted traditional foods.

Chang Xing Sweet Ice Tangyuan mainly sells sweet shave ice and sweet tangyuan soup and they also sell mochi and glutinous rice porridge. The shave ice in Chang Xing is very different from the kind of shave ice with ice cream sold in Gou Bei Ice Dessert. The hot fillings are drenched on top of the shave ice so tangyuan and other ingredients are cooled immediately. The fillings are soft outside and chewy inside but not hardened by the ice.
