Introduction to Douliu
Douliu is located in the east of Yunlin County, which not only is the location of the Yunlin County government, but also the center of politics, economics, culture, education, and health. Douliu is shaped like a chicken drumstick: 15 km wide from the east to the west, and 16 km long from the north to the south. The total area is about 93.7151 km2. The population is 108,000.

With destinations such as the new Douliu Train Station, the Sing Ci Monument, its three Creation Parks, the Douliu Seed Park, the Official Residence Children’s museum, Yun-Chung Cultural Street and Creative Cluster, a strolling map of Douliu is released as a promotion. The city has an ancient name, which is “Douliu Gate” and the train station is the central site, stringing hundreds of traveling routes and housing local self-traveling routes for visitors to experience the street life in Douliu and enjoy its local sceneries. Furthermore, a cycling track is built connecting Douliu and Ku-Keng.

The Circle and the Gate
The fountain of Douliu Cul-de-sac follows the original design, with the addition of dancing night-lights and water to the sound of music, which is close to the Douliu Train Station. The huge “Douliu Gate” sign is built as the landmark of Douliu to show its futuristic display. There are a lot of hotels nearby and it is the starting spot of a Douliu tour.
