The owner’s grandfather Jin Zhen Zao opened this business, initially focusing on bulk wholesale. The manufacturing of various meat product received great appraise from the public, drawing costumers from afar.
Being the third generation of his family to own the store, Mr Xu, presently runs it with his children, each taking turns. Apart from meat floss and jerky, there are also beef jerky and sesame shredded squid.
The owner insists on making the meat floss and jerky himself. Its perfect flavor derives from well-seasoned experience; the owner applies his secret recipe to fresh meat and then takes it to the vendor at the market. The fresh products are made is small amounts as the hardworking owners are busy in the shop.
The opening hours are quite long, so after the market clears up, it is a convenient place for commuters to shop. Business is roaring. During festivals, the regulars pick out the best products to hand out as gifts.
