Starting at 5 o’clock, many customers come to eat at Ahyi’s Lamb first thing in the morning.  Local fed and freshly slaughtered lamb is the reason why. Housewives, elders, white and blue collar workers all start their days with their delicious lamb.

The chef is the third generation of this stand. From the top to the bottom of a lamb, Mr. Chang always makes the most of a sheep and never wastes any part of it. He learned everything he knows from his father-in-law, including selecting lambs, cooking skills and how to run a shop and maintain customers.

Mr. Chang is very diligent and willing to learn and thus earned his father-in-law’s respect. To fully inherit the flavor of Ahyi Lamb, Mr. Chang looks into every detail, including the tidiness of the shop, processing of the lamb, length of time to boil the lamb, and portions of sauce. Such spirit wins them loyal customers and recommendations from food programs.
