Wen Wu Temple
He is also known as Zitong Emperor, is the god in charge of study and examination. In Taiwan, most of Wen-Chang Emperor temples are built in academies. There are also other gods accompanied, including Fude God, Cangjie, Kuixing God, Judge Wen, etc.

Cangjie, formerly Hougang, and also called Jie, is the creator of Chinese characters. His appearance is simple but different from others, and he has four eyes.

Cangjie is an official under Yellow Emperor. Yellow Emperor assigned him to manage the number of animals in the pens and the amount of food in the warehouse. Quantity of animals and food is gradually increasing and can't be remembered by his brain alone. Thus, he created Chinese characters. Cangjie unified different types of characters and made them systematic and orderly, which has a profound influence on later generations.
