Nowadays, the behavior of consumers has changed, and they like to shop online and this has affected the sale in stores of Hsin Tung Yang. As a solution, Hsin Tung Yang now applies a new way of distribution, online marketing. Consumers have to register as a member of Hsin Tung Yang before they can make their purchases online. The products online are all exactly the same as the ones in the stores. However, some products are not available online, such as ice-cream. Hsin Tung Yang provides a variety of products online. However, most consumers still prefer to shop in the stores. Many consumers believe that shopping in the stores could ensure the quality of the products.

We could not get a lot of information about online marketing for Hsin Tung Yang; however, we found that Hsin Yung Yang has launched a new idea recently. Consumers would place their order online and send the order to different areas and recipients. The products include a lot of tradition cuisine, such as the Chinese steamed assorted meats casserole, which is the most famous food and a must-eat cuisine during Chinese New Year for the Chinese. I believe that this new effort of Hsin Tung Yang would generate more profit and gain better reputation for the firm.
