Notice:

1. Follow the route back in the return trip and the downgrade in the middle makes it easier to ride.
2. Bring heavy clothes for the variations of temperature or you might get hypothermia.
3. Know whether you can bear the challenge before starting off.
4. Prepare more food and water since there are no stores on the way.
5. Warm-up and eat a banana in case of having spasm when you are riding.
6. Be care of the light when going through the tunnels.
7. Don't insist to climb up the road in case of hurting yourselves and bikes.
