As the name Weight Planning implies, it's important to consider weight when traveling. When riding a bike, physical strength isn't as much of a problem as you might imagine. Instead the time factor is key. On especially difficult bike trails, it's possible to push the bike. We don't have to insist to ride to the end. Generally a big reason for exertion is lack of time which creates pressure. Mountain roads are a challenge for the average person but if the rider can't make it up the mountain they can get off and push their bike to finish. Pay attention when going downhill, however, in order to avoid an accident.
