Teaching Experience in Night School: Two Years

Current title: Subject teacher –social study

I have been teaching social study for two years. There are more male students than female ones in my class. Students in the night school are active, and they will tell teacher what they think and what they want to learn more. Because most of them are the elder, they need easier examples rather than profound explaining. Sometimes they even know more than the teachers do. We can teach and learn from them at the same time.

For the elder, I will provide them with some health information and travel guideline. I will make it a handout let them read it out loud. I will also show them some old movies. They love it very much.

After teaching in the morning in the elementary school, it is really tire to teaching in the night school. However, when I see the sparkle in the students’ eyes and interact with them, I get excited and feel high.
