Preface

 At first, we had completely no idea that there is a place in Taipei called “Bo-Pi Liao.” After our visit, we discovered the great conservation importance of this historic district. In the current era when cities are filled up with skyscrapers, it is a very rare case that Bo-Pi Liao could be preserved and a heritage education center could be formed, turning the historic district into an actual educational environment. Our team would introduce to readers this cultural heritage with great historical values.?
