This beautiful poem is written by the Wang ZhiCheng who was the incumbent chief of cultural bureau of Kaohsjung city （the pen name of Lu Quansheng ）. And this poem is one of his masterpieces too. Beautiful melody matching the aroma has already spread for a long time in the place and it is often used in electing even more. When we hear the music always visibly emotively f each time. In addition, this poem has simple rhyme. There are some rhyme in the poem. The first and second section have the rhyme of 〝yu〞, 〝gu〞, 〝cu〞, 〝lu〞, 〝hu〞,〝ku〞, the third section change the rhyme, they are〝wei〞,〝bian〞,〝qu〞. Though we read some of the words and it has not rhymed with Chinese, but if we use a language of He-luo, we can feel the rhyme when being read. Though it often raining in spring, the pistil of spring is the indispensable important key that let flowers bear full of. Though the pistil must blow through the wind, the rain hits, and this significant testing enables the pistil to become gorgeously.

From 1950, the textile industry of Taiwan develops rapidly, a lot of rural youth pour into the city factory, they have paid the youth and labor to irrigate the textile industry of Taiwan. In each transformation period of the society , a lot of people always do the choice in order to adapt to the new life, youth , study , ideal , family and love .......The young men and women of that age, choose family as devote, and perhaps it fail to live up to ideal or perhaps must be far away from the loved person or perhaps must give up the study.

The affairs of human life are difficult satisfactorily all. The traditional society cause everybody to be perfectly willing. And the lonely day of strange land sometimes remember the once dream, person in the heart .And it was made someone to feel sad to cry.

Lu QuanSheng who full of humanity hope to bring these some encouragements and comfort of young people leaving their native place, then beg Wang ChangXiong who return to Taiwan from Japan and fill in this lyrics for him.

Wang ChangXiong has studied abroad in the foreign country for many years, he can realize all sorts of feeling of the aliens very much. And it is a human nature to cherish the memory of, but it must be gone to face and overcome in reality.

If I open the window in my heart, I always see colored spring scenery , loved person , rural area , youth , fond dream cherished the memory of of the homeland ', yes! So long as opened the heart, beautiful person , thing , thing will appear one by one; So long as not pessimistic and cherish the hope, then life will be bright.

Lu QuanSheng and Wang ChangXiong send this song to the people of Taiwan. Though the present situation of Taiwan is not very satisfactory, we hope ' open the window in the heart ',and everybody can forgo prejudice, care Taiwan, admit Taiwan. Finally, the people on the world will have more hope.
