Upon completion of the research project, all of us were touched by the vision and wholeheartedness of Junyi. A lot of people have spotted and pointed out problems in education.  They wish to turn things around.  The Junyi crew devotes time and energy for such noble cause. In the current information age, Junyi takes full advantage of technologies to enable children to learn at tempo tailored for each individual. 
We learned the vision and the changes brought by Junyi during the research project.  We endorse Junyi and want to assist Junyi in reaching out to more children in need of the platform for learning.

     The Junyi platform provides pupils with a space where they practice self-learning.  They have to comprehend the question, practice and become proficient.  Also, one gets to learn correct concept and rectify wrong ones.  This is a reward brought by learning.   We have to continuously fuel the motive and practice the knowledge to obtain the best reward.

     We thought children in rural areas are lacking in resources.  However, Mr Ray Lu, CEO of Junyi Academy, told us that resources are not always in shortage in rural area.  What we put “weakness” is actually weakness in learning.  The children in rural areas are not necessarily weak.

      Some children are actually capable of self-learning.  The key is a stage where they can still practice self-learning in spite of the adversary conditions in rural areas. An online education alone does not suffice.  It has to be a combination of teacher, organization, government bodies in the form of continuous support.

      The crew members of Junyi Academy are capable of getting better pay cheques elsewhere.  Why do they stay with Junyi?  We didn’t obtain a standard answer to the question.  We believe that there is a high level of contentment in helping children.  They satisfy their personal need while helping others.  If we are capable of making similar decisions to what the Junyi crew did, we will be painting a future that we believe in.

    Mr Ray Lu told us about the three Ms in life.  They enable one to find his goals and the ways to hold on to the goals.  We believe a high value goal can become one’s master that derives his missions and helps find his mate.  This is always applicable wherever you are especially when you are helping others.

     One has to do his part of the job well first.  Make it a standing model and shed light on it.  Let others see the concrete stuff so that they can be part of it.  Secondly, when Junyi was not well-aware by the public and it had to actively invite people to join up.  The same applies to our team.  Each of us has to finish his part of the work.  Once we have built the reputation, others would love to work with us in the upcoming projects.  The same is also true for charity works otherwise nobody would endorse your vision and provide you with donations.

     Junyi aims at provision of equally supreme education.  As long as one wants to learn, Junyi will put the resources online.  Any other considerations are secondary as long as it does good to the children.  We have to learn to cherish and share the resources.  We endorse the vision to help more underprivileged children.

     All of us endorse the vision of Junyi.  We must get online more often and invite others to join up.  Nowadays, children are occupied with all sorts of activities.  Hopefully more of us would change from irregular usage to making access to Junyi a habit in the future.  The platform would become even stronger when more people use it.

     Endorse the vision and help Junyi in extending the reach of the platform
