The Junyi Solution>Charity sale for cultural and creative items
Charity sale for cultural and creative items
Junyi Academy is a non-profit organization fueled by public donations.  We wanted to raise fund with our cultural and creative products.  Upon approval of the fund-raising proposal, we set off to produce and string-wrap the medals.  We were ready for the charity sale at the 70th school anniversary.

We hand-made all the medals which gave us a strong sense of achievement.  There are Meteorite, Earth, Moon, Sun, Blackhole, Challenge and Foxycat medallions of which all are lovely.  I believe they were going to be best-sellers.
Sales must be coupled with marketing.  Facebook is a very effective channel for getting across Junyi brand and information regarding the charity sale to the audiences.  We designed and created a 120cm x 80cm check-in board which was very eye-catching in photos.
We applied to school administration for participation in the charity sale.  Both the headmaster and directors gladly approved our plan and wished us success in the sale.  They even bought medallions and became our very first customers.  Our parents joined the charity sale by manning the booth and disseminating the information to each class.  Given that Junyi is popular in school, pupils are familiar with the medallions.  It didn’t take long before booking arrives.
We set up the booth at 7am and planned to start the sale at 8am.  It was fascinating that our booth was surrounded by children and parents most of the time.  The medallions sold out by 8:30am.  Thanks for the blessing of the Headmaster.  The charity sale was very successful.
