A. The Current Situation of This Area

This section has the highest slope segment, total length about 2km . One side is Plum Tree Creek while the other is the stream flow down from Wu’s House. The main sources of pollution are below:

Plum Tree Creek: Domestic sewage from Guo-Hua Villa

Wu’s house: Two big hoggery, a small sheet farm, a small duck farm and some parts of domestic sewage.

B. The Current Situation of Pollution and Problems  

a) Guo-Hua golf club spray pesticides to maintain the lawn and caused the pollution.

b) The waste water and pig feces, duck farm and domestic sewage contaminated entire streams, affecting fish and shrimp to grow.
c) The manure from Da-Hua Villa effluent to the Plum Tree Creek.

C. Our Solution

a)    Strengthening regularly check for sewage of pig farmers and strengthen the ban. Or the best way is offering coaching for job transit, stop the livestock pig farm business, completely solve the pollution problem.

Suggest the hoggery to set up sewage treatment system, to solve the problem of the livestock sewage.
