Canned foods, for example, follow a strict process of preparation. When the empty can is filled with meat paste, it will be sprayed with steam to create a “half vacuum” status. Then, the top of the sealed can will sink inside. At last, the workers will put the cans inside one of the three big stoves for the high-temperature and high-pressure anti-bacteria process. After this process, the canned food is able to be well-kept for three years without the use of preservatives. In the process of preparation, temperature control depends on the products that are manufactured. For instance, if the area is used for producing sausages, the temperature remains below 15 degrees Celsius because the room needs to be kept cool during the production process.
