During the process of food processing, the room temperature is controlled under eighteen degrees centigrade. In order to avoid the growth of bacteria and keep the freshness of fish fillets, all the production procedures can be finished in half an hour. And finally, the food processing plant can finish different kinds of packing according to the demands of customers, and then deliver the products rapidly by refrigerator trucks.
