Through half a year, our team finally completed this project. From collecting and fumbling about data in the beginning to interviewing, recording, and reviewing, we finally presented the research report by the web page. We are very happy to share all the dribs and drabs with everyone.

To draft the goal and direction of this project

2006.06.25  The team was established. The team members included three teachers and six students.
2006.06.27  To visit Mr. Chen Zhen-kun (a committee member of Taiwan Tilapia Alliance,) and to search the current situation of the breeding of Taiwan tilapia.
2006.06.28  To draft the goal and direction of this project.
2006.06.29  To visit the fish farm of Mr. Chen Hong-hsuan, and to bring back five living Taiwan tilapias.
2006.06.30  Chef Hsieh Zong-ting cooked some dishes of Taiwan tilapia and let all team members taste the delicacies in person.
2006.07.11  Teacher Hsiu went to England and visited some primary schools there.
2006.07.31  The briefing of Taiwan tilapia was finished.
2006.08.04  To participate in the briefing contest of Chiayi County and to introduce Taiwan tilapia to everyone.
2006.09.21  To watch the documentary CD-ROM of "The Scenery of Fishing Village."
2006.10.12  To watch the documentary CD-ROM of "The Feature of Taiwan Tilapia."
2006.10.16  To contact with Manager Fan Lee-hui of Sei Koh Shokuhin Co., Ltd. and to discuss the details of plant tour.
2006.10.18  To visit Sei Koh Shokuhin Co., Ltd. and to know about the food processing steps of Taiwan tilapia.
2006.10.21  To sign up for the contest of Taiwan Schools Cyberfair.
2006.10.22  To interview Teacher Chen Ching-ke and Mr. Chen Zhen-ming regarding the breeding process and technology of Taiwan tilapia.
2006.10.29  To visit the fish farm of Mr. Chen Hong-hsuan, and to know about the fishing work and how to measure the water quality.
2006.10.29  To interview Grandpa Chen regarding the story of fish farm, and to know about the works of turning over the earth and repairing the wall of fish farm.
2006.11.05  To apply for the authorization of satellite maps.
2006.11.30  To interview Teacher Wang Gui-pin regarding the allusions of rural proverbs.
2006.12.07  The second time to visit Sei Koh Shokuhin Co., Ltd. and to study the topics of Safety and Hygiene regulations and marks.
2006.12.08  To interview Mr. Weng Zhi-hsin of Yizhu Literature and History Studio.
2006.12.25  Started to compile data and design web page.
2007.01.26  Went to Sei Koh Shokuhin Co., Ltd. again and had a meeting with Manager Fan to review the data.
2007.02.16  The project was finished.
