How
to know whether the quality of Taiwan tilapia is good or
not? The best way is to try eating it in person. In
order to achieve this great goal, we especially visited
the chef, Mr. Hsieh Zong-ting, who owns a restaurant. We
invited him to cook some dishes of Taiwan tilapia.
We brought some fresh Taiwan tilapias as foodstuffs,
which were caught from the fish farm of Uncle Chen Hong-hsuan.
It was surprising that even the father of Chef Hsieh
came to help us.
How could our team workers miss such a good opportunity
to learn cooking? Therefore, all of us started to work
in the kitchen in a bustle. Under the direction of Chef
Hsieh, the delicacies that we really expected finally
showed up on the dinner table.
