Major foodstuffs:
Taiwan tilapia, tomato sauce, sweet potato starch, egg white, rice wine, and oil.
Cooking steps:
1. Scale and clean the fish.
2. Slice and fillet both sides of fish, slice the fillets
into strips, and then, pickle the strips of fish with
egg white and rice wine.
3. Let the pickled strips of fish and the remainder
fish body be covered with sweet potato starch,
then place together into a hot oiled pan, and
deep-fry the fish till the outside is crispy.
4. Place all the fried fish on a plate, and then
sprinkle the tomato sauce.
