Major foodstuffs:
Fresh Taiwan tilapia, ice cube, mustard, and soy-bean sauce.
Cooking steps:
1. Scale and clean the fish.
2. Slice and fillet both sides of fish, and then take
the fish skin off.
3. Slice the fish fillets into small pieces of similar
size, and then place them on ice cubes.
4. Decorate with floral decorations, and place the
sauce in a small dish.
If you like your cooking to be easier, you can use the frozen fish fillets of food processing plants. You can just wait the frozen fish fillets to be thawed out, and slice them into small pieces of similar size. But, remember, the sashimi is most delicious when it is half thawing out.
