Major foodstuffs:
Taiwan tilapia, ginger shred, red chile, scallion, oyster oil, rice wine, and ground garlic.
Cooking steps:
1. Scale and clean the fish.
2. Cut open the fish, lay the fish flat on an iron
plate, place into the steamer, and quick steam
to well-done.
3. Stir-fry ground garlic till fragrant, and then add
water, oyster oil, rice wine, and pepper salt as
the seasoning.
4. Spread ginger shreds and minced scallions on
the fish, and then sprinkle the seasoning.
