Major foodstuffs:
Taiwan tilapia, onion, ground garlic, diced scallion, tomato sauce, potato starch, sweet potato starch, vinegar, and oil.
Cooking steps:
1. Scale and clean the fish.
2. Cut open the fish, and make some strip knife
marks on the surface.
3. Let the fish be equally covered with sweet potato
starch, then place the fish into a hot oiled pan,
and deep-fry the fish until the outside is crispy.
4. Stir-fry ground garlic till fragrant, and then, add
onion and tomato sauce as the seasoning.
5. Add diced scallion, thicken the sauce with
potato starch, and drop some vinegar.
