 The Bloodletting


After Taiwan tilapias expelled dirt, the workers move them one after another to a side platform for bloodletting. This step can keep the flesh fresh and delicious. Then, after weighting, Taiwan tilapias are sent to the production line through a side window. At the same time, some sample Taiwan tilapias are sent to a university located in Ping Dong for food inspection. This step is to verify if that batch of Taiwan tilapia can conform to the standard of food hygiene and safety.
