The aim of Junyi
       All frontline teachers wish to provide tailored education for each child based upon the latter’s degree of readiness, but it is fundamentally not practical. Junyi has uncovered other problems which brought even more negative effect:
1.Substantive gap in fundamentals
     One in every two pupils in Hualien and Taitung counties is not equipped with the basic literacy in English and mathematics in Comprehensive Assessment Program for Junior High School Students.  Taipei City has the best student assessment results among all the counties and cities, but the corresponding index, one in every six students, is still below expectation.
2. Children who lack confidence.
      Once a pupil falls behind the rest of the class in mathematics, he tends to lose confidence and self-efficacy himself and demonstrates reluctance in learning. In the long run, Taiwan will lose its competitive edge.
Junyi emphasizes children’s right to learn. Children should be placed at the center of education. We must believe in them.
      Fast learner has the opportunity to get ahead of learning schedule on the Junyi platform. Those who take more time do not have to worry about being left behind but free to select their tempos and means.  Learning is fun. When children take initiative in learning, they will open up more possibilities and opportunities.
      Junyi brings to children the concept of ethics. Junyi believes that child who enjoys learning will turn into someone who embraces the world. Such ethics will be developed along with one’s upbringing which eventually becomes heartfelt care for the society that nurtured him in the first place.
