Doctors at state reinforces the concept of medics attainment by encouraging schools to admit social vulnerable students; however, most doctors are pessimistic about publicly funded physician training system since the amount of funds do not meet the standard. At an interview, Dr. Deng stated that long practice time and compulsory service in remote areas influences one’s life on every aspect. Furthermore, authorities withhold their certificates and impose high liquidates if terminate the contract prematurely which reduce their wills.

 

Some believe that there are no really remote hospitals in Taiwan, while most patients are too bound to medical centers, ruling out rural hospitals and clinics and cutting down the incentive as a doctor at state.
