▪Beipu Culture Inheritance and Reconstruction
The owners of historic sites in the old settlements in Beipu have shared ideas and gathered consensus, and cooperated with friends who share the same visions, they established the Hsinchu County Heritage Cultural Reconstruction Association to integrate the historic sites and historical buildings in the old settlements, and continue planning and implementation - In 2018, the Jinguangfu Mansion Beipu Zhongshu Hall double-house joint venture plan, and in 2019 the Beipu Old Settlement Museum Heritage Joint Venture Plan, to promote the revitalization and utilization of historic sites. In 2020, due to the epidemic, the project had to be suspended. With the epidemic showing a sign of easing, in order to continue the spirit of cooperation, without financial subsidies, the people operated independently to urge “Jing Guang Fu Mansion", “Zhongshu Hall”, and “Beipu Old Settlement Tea Museum”to reopen. They implemented the revitalization and reuse of historical sites and historical buildings, and achieved to strike the balance between the development of cultural assets preservation and tourism.

▪Treasure Hunts - Collection of old photographs and cultural relics
Taking the local cultural memory of old photos, cultural relics or documents of Beipu as the collection theme, people successfully collected old photos and cultural relics with their great historical significance, and shared with people to comprehend the whole local history of Beipu. It benefits not only the people who joined the collection but also the audience and the residents to get to know more about this place.

▪Torch-lifting Parade
According to the Beipu Township Office, the legend goes that, “In Beipu, during the Japanese occupation, the Japanese government opened a road behind the Citian Temple to cut off its dragon veins, which meant the good luck and fortune would be damaged and might make people or the place hit rock bottom, in order to weaken Beipu's influence in Jiang's family. After the recovery of Taiwan, under the guidance of a Chinese Feng Shui master, every year on the night of the 15th day of the first lunar month, the villagers of Beipu are called to walk up to Xiuluan Mountain with an oil fire made of bamboo, and form a long line like a fire dragon through the continuous oil fire,which aims to represent taking back the dragon veins of Beipu.

▪Great Taste of Dried Persimmons and Tea
The industrial cultural activities held in front of Citian Temple in Beipu Township include a widely-loved competition where you will be able to see 100 babies crawling and moving the tea leaves. If you would like to pay a visit to the agricultural market related to persimmons, the old streets and historic sites, you’ll experience the Hakka cultural customs, delicious food and fun Beipu cultural activities.
▪Art Festival is the Taiwan Romantic Route 3
The new policy of the Taiwan Romantic Route 3 is to rescue historical sites and renovate old houses. This is the cultural assets of the Taiwan Romantic Route 3, and it is hoped that it can be passed on forever. Beipu Art Town "The Past of the Future '' gathers more than 15 groups of well-known artists and architects from home and abroad, including Australia, Spain, France and other countries, as well as Taiwanese Hakka artists. Starting from the perspective of religion worship, water supply systems, nature experience, they collected the elements and combined them with sound, video and living objects, connecting people and Beipu’s nature, locality, culture and traditions from the works. During the process, the artists pay great respect to the local culture and actively dived into the place, and then they built the dialogue with local residents, and invited everyone to participate in the collaboration.

▪Beipu Pomfong Tea Road Running
By organizing the Puffing Road Run, it attracts joggers from all over Taiwan to Beipu for road running activities. Joggers will jog on Beipu Old Street, which is known as the highest concentration of historical sites in Taiwan, and enjoy famous scenic spots such as Jin Guangfu Mansion, Jiang Axin Mansion, Citian Temple, Zhongshu Hall, Deng Nanguang Image Memorial Hall, etc., allowing runners to have a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of Beipu Township. On the way, people can experience the beautiful pastoral scenery and human touch of Beipu Township, and at the same time, it can activate the connection of local culture and people.
