▪History

Leicha was the meal of the early Hakka people when they fled or evacuated from their homes, and it was also the staple food of the early babies. At the end of the Western Jin Dynasty, the Hakka people in the Central Plains experienced five major migrations. The people would fry the whole grains and put them in their backpacks. Whenever they were hungry or thirsty, they would put the whole grains and grains in a thick bowl. Grinding powder with hard tree sticks and soaking water for consumption, Leicha can both satisfy hunger and quench thirst, and was a good helper for the early people.

▪The Introduction of Lei Cha Making Process

In the process of making Leicha, you need to prepare two tools, the bowl and the stick. First, put green tea, sesame, peanuts, oats, buckwheat, brown rice, sorghum, pumpkin seeds, millet, etc. into the bowl , and then use a hammer to grind the whole grains in the bowl into fine grains, then add hot water and stir evenly, and finally pour the Leicha into the rice fragrance and wolfberry, and it's done. Leicha has a strong aroma and a unique taste. Whether it is brewed hot or cold, it can show the health and deliciousness of Leicha. If it is traditional Leicha, no sugar is added, and the taste will not be as modern as it is. Lei Cha is the same, but the traditional Lei Cha has a sweet and bitter taste. Although the two flavors are different, they are both very healthy. Lei Cha is also a "necessity of life" for people.
