Lost and Found
If items are lost on the Metro or in stations, the lost items will be kept at the station for one day and delivered to the Metro Lost and Found Center the next day. You can check the website of Taipei Metro Corporation to see if the lost item is found, or call the 24-hour service line to ask. The Metro Lost and Found Center is at B2 near the Zhongshan Metro Mall R1 Exit, near Taipei Main Station.

Facilities for the the visually impaired
Taipei Metro provides one-on-one guidance service for the visually impaired. The staff also help them with calling a taxi or taking a bus. In addition, guide dogs are allowed to enter the station and the Metro.

Free Use of Public Restrooms
Restrooms are available in Taipei Metro stations: if passengers want to use a restroom in a paid area, or use a restroom in a non-paid area during their journey, they can exit/enter the paid/non paid area by the service gate free of charge.

Intercoms Installed
To ensure passengers¡¦ safety, intercoms have been installed on all platforms and trains. These can be used by passengers to contact station staff directly.
"Safe Waiting Zone" Established
To ensure the safety of passengers using the MRT at night, each station has established "Safe Waiting Zones." The areas are monitored and recorded with surveillance cameras and the security guards and the Metro police patrol the areas constantly. Intercoms are available so that passengers can contact station staff directly.
