Times for first/last train¡GThe first
trains leave from their respected terminal stations around 6
AM and the last trains leave from their respected terminal
stations around 12 AM midnight. You can visit the MRT
website or use the ¡§Taipei Metro go¡¨ APP to check specific
information about each station.

Taking the MRT
1. Go to the Ticketing Machine
(1) Touch the screen to purchase tickets.
(2) Put in cash.
(3) Pick up the token and change.
2. Use the token to enter the automatic gate.
3. Wait in line for the train on the platform.
4. Follow the rules when riding on the MRT.
5. Get off the train at your destination station.

Notice
1. You can buy One-way tickets or add value to the card by
the machines or go to the information counters.
2. Please follow the rules on the MRT.
(1) Please give away at the elevators and give your seats to
the disabled, elderly, pregnant women, passengers with young
children and those wearing priority or ¡§baby on board¡¨
stickers.
(2) Do not eat, drink, smoke or chew gums on the MRT or in
stations. Stow your food and drinks in your bag.
(3) Passengers with respiratory symptoms or otherwise who
are unwell should wear surgical masks.
(4) Let arriving passengers off the train before boarding
and mind the platform gap between the train and platform.
(5) Please remove your backpacks and hold them by hand when
entering Metro cars.
(6) Hold on to the straps or handrails while the train is
moving, and use them the way they are designed for.
(7) Please turn down the volume of your personal electronic
devices when on the Metro.
(8) Be considerate of others when reading broadsheets or
other printed matter on the Metro.
