About Her： Serving as Shin, Ming-Te Culture Foundation publishing editor executive director, Taiwan Concern China Governing Of Human Rights leagues, Taipei education bureau senior high school no-school education review committee. She was concerned about human rights and other issues to spare no effort, courage to congruent the traditional concepts and system, sound for justice and the disadvantaged, more recently committed to promoting , the law of the bill for diverse family formation, Marriages Affirmative action ( the law of same-sex marriages ) and continued interest of issues relating to human rights.

In addition to gender, what do you think the difference between homosexual and heterosexual?
Homosexual and heterosexual is not different with gender, but with sexual orientation.What kind of assistance should the society give to homosexual? I don’t expect society can give any help for homosexual, but hope country and law give homosexuality enjoy the same indemnification equal human rights with heterosexual, because homosexual only claim to rights equality.P.S Homosexual is not underprivileged.
Do you hope government allow homosexual married? Why?Yes, the faster the better.Homosexuals have the right of marriage. If our government don’t allow their marriage then it’ll be a discrimination toward.Do you think homosexual suit with married? Why?Of course.Love can organize a family, and anyone has right to organize family.Are you surrounded by many homosexual?Yes.What is your acceptance level of homosexual? Why has some homosexual can’t identify them sexual orientation?In our growing stage, elders and society all tell us : Love of one man and one woman or one husband and one wife family, so that homosexual can’t face them concept, they usually found in adolescence themselves actually is homosexual.Do you think that homosexual is a morbid? Do you feeling uncomfortable along with homosexual?Get along with homosexual is not feeling uncomfortable, just like get along with heterosexuality. Unstable and undisposed real problem from psychological fear and exclude ( What is called homophobia ), homophobia can’t accord equal treatment the problem is mentality to cause.If you have tolerant and open heart to admit homosexual, that do not felling uncomfortable, will feel homosexual just like ordinary person.
Do you agree the law of the bill for diverse family formation? ( Three of law ) Why?
I agree with the bill for diverse family.A law of the bill for diverse family can extend more than public welfare and solve much of problem.( Ex : Celibatarian was sick or die, their companion can't sign a contract agreement or to inherit common property, just because they wasn't related.)(1) Homosexual can married, and let homosexual can enjoy equality and lawful rights.
(2) A law of most have many advantageous, even if pass the law, promiscuity or amorous affairs still won’t to come up.
(3) A law of the bill for diverse family can to strengthen kinship.
How do you thought about a person who counterview a law of the bill for diverse family?A host of madman, because they dosen’t understand this law so their reason is too unreasonable. ( Ex : Counterview a law of a person other than one’s opposition, even if pass the law, It also lack, just to make more of dispute for family.)Just to oppose for the sake of opposition, dosen’t effect own rights, but selfishly to deprive a person’s or rights.

Just like a person who disposition like are rice or a person who disposition like ate noodles, so gender is nature which decide by gene.Gender can choose ( 1. Disposition 2. Acquired )
What should kind of assistance the society give to homosexual?Western countries are more open to this topic. Our government should educate people to respect others.Do you think homosexual can organize a family? Why?Yes.Children who were adopted by homosexual family know better about Homosexuals than kidskin normal family and they won’t change their sexual orientation because of the buy environment.Are you surrounded by many homosexual?Yes.What do you think the viewpoint of the community toward homosexual?1) Older generation don't admit himself as homosexual and love secretly.Home is a warm refuge, but homosexual can't relax at home because their family don't understand them.
