The quiet Guanhua Community

　Located across from the Lin Family Mansion and Garden, Guanhua Community is a residential area where it is very quiet and echoes to the culture quality of the Lin Family Mansion and Garden.

　There are many schools around this area and also the location of the city hall. We infer that many teachers and government staff live here.

　But this is just our guess because it is hard to get the vital data.

　There are also many cram schools and day care centers. Because there are many schools, the students need to go to the cram school after class. Thus, the cram schools business is thriving.
