We can find different products of Wuguo fish in local markets. Besides fish fillets in refrigerators, there are also whole frozen fish kept on ice and even the live fish swimming around in water tanks.
After our observation and analysis, we find that our countrymen prefer the fresh whole fish, but the people in western countries get used to the frozen fish fillets, which are relatively easier to cook. Nevertheless, one phenomenon is worth our consideration, that is, except frozen fish fillets, most consumers cannot differentiate the sources and quality from the appearances of fish.
