Salesperson's One Day
Salesperson's One Day
       Today I followed Miss Lin Jhen-Ci, salesperson in the general store on Boai Road, to experience her work for one day. She has no fixed schedule. She works on morning shift in some days and on night shift in other days. Miss Lin is the manager of salesperson; therefore, she has no fixed position of working and she appears where she is needed. The main contents of her work include handling orders and miscellaneous affairs, putting goods onto the shelves, and managing all things around the sales counter. Miss Lin told me that the work of putting goods onto shelves seemed simple but attention must be paid the procedure. Before you put goods onto the shelves, you must categorize them properly. For example, nougat packages usually crowd together due to gravity. You must tide up and place them onto the counter tenderly, lest they would be disordered. The bad looking of goods being sold is the killer of sales performance.

Attention should be paid to the inventory and goods should be put onto the shelves in time
 
My experience

       The task of today was to experience the jobs. Every team member is assigned to experience a different role. I followed Miss Lin Jhen-Ci to experience the work of salesperson. First, I put on the uniform as Miss Lin did. The uniform is beautiful. In the salesperson's uniform, I looked like a real salesperson.
       Then I watched the working of Miss Lin. As it was the first time we met, I was not familiar with her. I encouraged myself to ask some questions about the job, and she talked to me with smiles. We got well along with each other soon. Through the experiencing today, I got some ideas about her job and we became friends. Then I can assist her in work. I followed her climbing up and down and shuttling here and there all the day from the time when we began our work until we rang out. Though the work is not heavy load, it is really tiring. After all, the products of Dahesong Salico sell so well.
        Another thing needs to be mentioned is, Miss Lin sets a model for me by her working performance and spirit of getting fun from work.

Attention must be paid to the inventory all the time, lest the lack of goods would bring inconvenience to the customers
