This main store is run by the second and the third generations. The fourth generation has also started helping out. The best-selling products are egg bean curd, vacuum-packed bean curd, and baked meat. The specially designed gift boxes, such as the Tung Flower gift box, are only sold in this main store, not sold in any branch store. Special Gift Boxes can also be purchased on the Internet.
Regarding the 2015 bean curd incident, our company took our products to Health Bureau for product inspection. The inspection report showed that our products had no problem, so the company issued the product inspection report and the inspection checklist to each branch store. Upon being asked by the customers, we would just show them the report and the checklist to prove that our products were okay.
