Taoyuan has a good reputation as an Industrial and Commercial City. The food industry in Taoyuan is booming - Its product market share is about 60% of the whole production in Taiwan. Therefore, as long as the food quality is good in Taoyuan, it is reasonable to assume the majority of food in Taiwan is safe to consume. The exhibition in this carnival is based on Food Safety Management, Food Safety Awareness, Safety Verification System, and Good Taste in hopes that through this event more people will have a better understanding of food management in Taoyuan City from products in the farmland to the food on our dining table. The food manufacturers also participate in this Carnival for people to be aware of the excellent manufacturers and products of Taoyuan City. We hope the carnival can help revive the reputation of Taiwanese food kingdom.
