      345 people completed our survey, 29.3% are fourth graders, 34.8% are fifth graders, 35.9% are sixth graders.

2.Percentages of Customers

      65.22% of people have eaten in Din Tai Fung. In fourth grade about 1 of 3 have eaten or heard Din Tai Fung. We can see that Din Tai Fung’s fame increases fast in 5th grade. Also, the difference between people who’s heard Din Tai Fung and eaten Din Tai Fung during 4th grade is about 3%, but in 5th grade, it’s about 20%. We can see that the word of mouth spread very fast during 5th grade.
About 50% of people have eaten at Din Tai Fung. The highest is in 6th grade, 64.52%.

      89.2% of our samples think Din Tai Fung has nothing that needs improvement.

      In all 345 samples only these two suggestions have 3 or more people think it’s true. However they aren’t above 2%. We can see Din Tai Fung’s managing is already incredible.
