      Din Tai Fung’s front kitchen is responsible for making its famous steamed pork dumplings and buns. The employees here have different jobs to complete the making of these delicious meals.       In order to control the steamer for the steamed pork dumplings scientifically, the company uses a special equipment named the “gas pot” as the steamer. The Gas Pot has a great power when steaming. Every part of the dumplings are steamed fairly.

      When the steamers are placed on the steaming table, the staff places a very heavy silver metal ring on it. It stops the steam from coming out of the steamers. The steaming table also has a row of range hoods. They suck out the steam and prevent the front kitchen from having moist.
