Its back leans against the majestic Central Mountain Range, it faces the immense Pacific Ocean; Still Thoughts Hall includes classical beauty and modern science and technology in one, it is able to stride across space –time, absolutely is a Buddhist spirit fort; an art palace hall; a building with historicity, times and constancy.
