A peeled pomelo fell in the park. This is why it is called the Pomelo Art Galley, and there are many people who simply call it “Pomelo Park.”

Douliou is famous for the Pomelo fruit. The Pomelo Art Gallery is located at the Min Sheng Park. The Pomelo Art Gallery building is shaped like a peeled pomelo. Many locals reminisce of childhood leisure time spent peeling pomeloes during the Moon Festival. This is the reason the Pomelo Art Galley has been established at the park.

Before Mango Café moved to the Douliou Art center, the owner ran the business in the Pomelo Art Galley. “Fu Shi Ju” is an organic vegetarian restaurant that is located within.
